It's from the NEW Fist of North Star anime OVA title: Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu (真救世主伝説)
So far there's 3 new ova released. This year they will be releasing the last 2 movie. So far it's the 1st articulated North Star 12inch figure in the market so i can't really complain or compared. It's also my 1st North Star action figure. Good effort but needs more QC from medicom. My rating is 3/5 for this piece.
