One of the largest Toy Festivals in the world - Tokyo Winter Wonder Festival 2008 is a bi-annual event that features all of the latest toys, anime, figurines, model kit and the biggest otakus gathering.

I think Bruce Wayne's headsculpt released from Medicom is nicer than the one from Hot toys. What do you think, bro?
Generally, Medicom is more manga/stylish feel, different version i guess. For slightly realistic (but not 100% accurate) will be hot toys.
